William D. Tipton Jr., owner of Tip-Top Auto Detailing, has been in business for forty years and serving Spartanburg since 1994. He graduated from Boiling Springs High in 1983. Bill is a family man, happily married to his wonderful wife Madison.

He received his General Motors detailing certification in 1996 and his Chrysler certification in 2005. In the following ten years, he also obtained certification in detailing from Toyota (2014) and Volkswagen (2015).
